For self-preparation of the trainees who receive training at the center there is a voluminous educational and methodic and normative documentation in the library - educational and methodic room of TCCS.

It includes:

• IMO documents in force - model courses, conventions, codes, guidelines, resolutions, circular letters and so on, and also projects of documents being prepared;
• national documents - Laws of Ukraine, decrees of Ministers' Cabinet of Ukraine, normative acts of Ministry of Transport of Ukraine, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and other departments, normative documents of classification societies (Shipping Register of Russia, Shipping Register of Ukraine) and so on.
• text-books and teaching aids.

Almost all courses are provided with teaching aids, written by TCCS teachers of SevNTU. Most of them you can buy and read in the library of TCCS educational and methodic room.

Library services are free of charge.
