Training at the Training and Certifying Center of Seafarers is carried out on the basis of the Contract for training at TSSC courses which is concluded between a trainee and the University (basis - order №183 of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine " About the approval of a typical contract for preparation, training and retraining, enhance of professional skills or about rendering additional educational services by the educational institutions" dated 11.03.02 ).

Registration for training at TSSC courses is carried out at TSSC department of trainees registration.

For registration for TSSC courses training a trainee should:

• produce originals and copies of the documents confirming the person (civil passport and seaman’s book), educational level and qualifying level ( educational diploma and Certificate of Competency);
• produce photos (1 photo for each certificate). Photos should be colour, made on a matte paper, size is 3х4 cm;
• write the application for courses training;
• fill 2 copies of the contract about training;
• receive a receipt for courses training payment from an inspector of the department of trainees registration;
• pay training cost according to the receipt in any bank and to produce a stub confirming the payment to the trainee registration department;
• receive the schedule of lectures and examinations from an inspector.
